Daniel came up through multicamera entertainment, first in gallery-adjacent roles and then as an editor on late-night and panel formats. Twelve years of turning six hours of studio record into a tight broadcast half hour has left him with an unusually precise ear for where a laugh actually lands.
His speciality is the rescue: the studio night where the room was flat, the guest overran, or the game collapsed. He rebuilds those shows out of reaction, timing and ruthless cutting, and the result reads as if it always played that way.
He is equally comfortable on the clip end — the two-minute cut-down that has to work cold, without setup, for an audience with no patience.
